Process Engineer, Injection Molded Plastics
- Provide technical and mechanical support to manufacturing teams by leading equipment/process improvement and repair activities and also specifying, selecting and implementing new equipment for all teams.
- Leads mold technology technical support personnel and coordinate their activities. Implement new processes and materials in conjunction with Division R&D.
- Assist in the determination of the annual molding-operating budget for all business teams.
- Accountable for new capital molding equipment, operating efficiencies and the implementation of new equipment, equipment improvements and cost reductions achieve budgeted requirements.
- The position is also accountable for all molding equipment repairs and condition.
Must have leadership qualities or experience, be a problem solver, and have high energy!
